Ref 867Watercolor.-  Changing local color to mood color

The true color of an object or a surface as seen in typical daylight, rather than its color as seen through atmosphere or interpreted by the taste or imagination of the artista.
When the taste has to be interpreted, color change inorder to make the new atmosphere
Colour temperature is based on *two* poles (warm, cool).
Some attempt to get around this by declaring red "warm" and green "cool", but to my eyes green often reads as warmer than blue, and red as cooler than orange and frequently yellow.
Is "lemon yellow" a warm colour or a cool colour? It is a yellow, there for "warm", but it is green-tinged,that is blue leaning, therefore "cool". Temperature is mostly relative. A is cooler than B, but warmer than C.
